ABOUT KYLE & MISTIE

Las Vegas based illusionists, Kyle Knight and Mistie, have traveled the world sharing their own unique style of illusions, and giving their audiences a completely different perspective of the art of magic. Together Kyle and Mistie utilize video screens for a close of up view of sleight of hand, demonstrate amazing mental miracles, and perform their illusions with a bold and modern style. They surprise their audience with a different approach to magic as they reveal guarded secrets, perform impossible feats while being totally surrounded, and allow their audience to get up close and involved in ways they’ve never seen before.

KYLE KNIGHT became interested in the art of magic at a young age, and during his teen years he was hired to teach magic courses at the local university. Performing magic to pay his way through college, Kyle broadened his talents and earned a degree in video and television production. He has been recognized by the Society of American Magicians, the International Brotherhood of Magicians and the Houdini Society, and has received six first place awards in magic competitions for his skills in sleight of hand, escapes, and stage illusions.

Kyle was also honored to be named one of the “Most Beautiful People in Las Vegas” by Las Vegas Weekly Magazine. The popular local magazine describes the men and women on their annual list as “Intelligent, sexy and strong, both physically and mentally. These people aren’t just fun to look at, they’re contributors to the local landscape that remind us of Las Vegas’ incredible complexity and excitement.”

MISTIE KNIGHT, originally from Mississippi, has been Kyle’s better half and Knight Magic’s leading lady for over eight years. She is involved in every aspect of the show, and adds personality and production with her own magic, choreography, piano performances and costume quick changes.

Representing the “Entertainment Capital of the World,” Mistie was honored to be crowned Miss Las Vegas 2006, a preliminary in the Miss America Organization, and win the overall talent award with her classical piano performance. The following year she held the title of Miss Nevada US 2007, and went on to be named named 2nd runner up, overall swimsuit winner, and voted Miss Congeniality at the national Miss US pageant held in Las Vegas, Nevada.

They perform their illusions with a bold and modern style and surprise their audience with a different approach to magic.  They reveal guarded secrets, perform impossible feats while being totally surrounded, and allow their audience to get up close and involved in ways they’ve never seen before.

Kyle & Mistie have a wide variety of material and can perform several different shows depending on the venue and client needs. Here are a few examples of the types of shows they can provide:

- A full hour long headline show featuring grand illusions, comedy interaction with the audience, pure sleight of hand using video screens, costume quick changes and duet of magic and music featuring Mistie on the piano. This show can also be modified for a Spanish speaking demographic or a completely visual show for an international audience.

- A cabaret or matinee show featuring mind reading magic & mentalism, as well as comedy magic and audience participation. Ideal for smaller lounges seating up to 400.

- A demonstration of pure sleight of hand in an intimate close up show, or using video screens to share the magic with larger audiences in a theater setting.

- A compact version of the headline show featuring mentalism, comedy magic, costume quick changes and audience interaction. Ideal for a “fly on” type show.

- Kyle and Mistie can also offer an interactive Magic Seminar great for all ages, where they teach the audience some beginner magic tricks and give them some free magic props to take home with them.
